We offer one-time treatments, monthly, every-other-month, quarterly, seasonal and tri-annual protection plans. Initial Service Fee Waiver: Customers switching from another pest control company are eligible for a waived initial service fee when enrolling in a recurring plan. Proof of your most recent service (invoice, statement, or service ticket) dated within the last 60 days is required to qualify. (One time rodent equipment fee may apply for rodent services)

Safe nest removal and ongoing protection. 45-day warranty included.

Rodent Service – Short Term (90 Day Program)
Our 90-Day Rodent Program is a structured three-month plan designed to quickly eliminate rodent activity and prevent re-infestation. it includes - Initial set up and inspection, two weekly follow ups, exclusion work (If approved) and 2 30 day follow ups up until the 90th day. Customer can chooose a maintenance program or we remove all equipment. ⚠️ Note: Exclusion repairs are billed separately based on what’s found.
