A bit about Albert:

Albert loves problem solving, he enjoys building computers, 3D printing, and playing airsoft. He also has 2 tabby cats that love to get into trouble. Albert is passionate and eager to contribute to the continued success of the team!

We have trained Albert on servicing our customers the OutLook way and know that he will be a great technician and our customers will enjoy him!

"Rudy has been great. Very responsive and helpful. I had a dead squirrel and mice in my 2021 Bronco’s blower/heater and the dealership refused to remove them. They told me to call an exterminator. Rudy immediately agreed to come and try to do whatever he could. As I expected though, Rudy did not have the correct tools to open the blower compartment. However, he went above and beyond, by spending that same day calling and locating a mechanic who was willing to remove the dead squirrel/mice; and did have the tools and skills to open it. . I hired Rudy to take care of my rodent problems which he has been on top of and continues monitoring."

"What an easy, pleasant experience. The mice and ants in the house were unbearable. I did an online estimate and received a call within half an hour. Rudy was here the next day.
